Payment and refund policy

In consideration of service(s) rendered, you agree to pay Placement dentaire de l’Estrie inc. (EmploiDentaire.com/DentalEmployment.ca), the charges and fees posted on its Web site upon ordering the said service from Placement dentaire de l’Estrie inc. (EmploiDentaire.com/DentalEmployment.ca). All charges and fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, except where indicated in one or more of the sections designated hereafter. We accept credit card payments made with VISA and MasterCard only. All offers submitted are valid for a one-month period.

Any renewal of your services with us is subject to applicable terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, the payment of all service charges applicable at the time of renewal, and in the case of renewal of a job offer, upon approval by a financial institution. We will forward a notice or reminder of renewal at least seven (7) days prior to the renewal date of your services. This notice will be forwarded to the administrative contact provided during registration.

You agree to pay any extra charges, additional sales or other tax related to the services rendered, as defined below. All payments for fees and/or charges for services rendered by Placement dentaire de l'Estrie inc. (EmploiDentaire.com/DentalEmployment.ca) will be made in C.A.D. currency. All amounts due still unpaid by the allotted deadline will be subject to interest fees of 2% per month.

As pertains to returns or refusals to honour a request for payment issued by a credit card company (or any similar action undertaken by another payment intermediary approved by us), or any other form of non-payment by you related to applicable services charges for services rendered or upon renewal of the said service, you acknowledge and agree that we may suspend, cancel or terminate the unpaid service or that for which an amount remains unpaid, as we see fit, subject to payment of fees and/or applicable services charges, plus incurred interest and reactivation costs, as prescribed and applicable upon reactivation of the said service.

FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EVEN IF YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED, CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED BEFORE EXPIRATION OF YOUR SERVICE AS DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT.

Placement dentaire de l'Estrie inc. (EmploiDentaire.com/DentalEmployment.ca) reserves the right to change its charges and fees, surcharges, renewal fees and/or to establish new fees and charges at any time or for any reason, as it sees fit, without prior notice.

Notice of non-liability
