How can I access the data bank of candidates?

You must be registered and have a job offer to have access to the data bank of candidates.

Can I have access to all the data bank of candidates?

Only the candidates meeting the requirements of the job offered, regions selected, and availability specified will be posted. You cannot access the entire data bank. We prefer to provide the files of candidates that truly match your profile in terms of position, region and availability.

How can I add a job offer?

You must register first. The explanations will show you how to do so.

Can I add a job offer without registering?

No, it is mandatory to be registered to add a job offer.

How long will the job offer be available online?

For a 30 day period after which you can easily renew.

Can I post more than one job offer?

Yes, you can post as many offers as you wish.

How will I know when my job offer is expired or expires?

You will receive a notification by e-mail 7 days prior to the end of the publication of your offer.

How can I renew my job offer?

Log on to your account and click on RENEW.

What are Access Codes?

They are your user name and password.

What is the use of the Access Codes?

To log on to your account.

How much is it to add a job offer?

It costs $95 (plus taxes) for a period of 30 days.

Is it mandatory to pay with a credit card?

Yes

Is this Website secured?

Log on to your account. Once entered, you click on CHANGE YOUR PROFILE. You enter your new user name and/or your new password. Then, you click on the button SAVE to finish.

Log on to your account. Once entered, you click on CHANGE YOUR PROFILE. You change information and you click on the button SAVE to finish.

What is the difference between the first region and the additional regions?

The first region is where your company is geographically located. It is mandatory and unchangeable. The additional regions are used to post the job offer in these regions, in addition to the first region.

How can I modify my first region?

You cannot modify your first region unless registering again. When registering, you can choose a different region.

How can I modify the additional regions?

You cannot modify your choices unless adding a new offer. When registering, you can choose one or different regions.

How much does an additional region cost?

It costs $50 (plus taxes) per additional region for a posting period of 30 days.

How can I modify the position offered?

You cannot modify the position offered unless adding a new offer. When registering, you can choose a different position to fill.

What happens when the ideal candidate is found?

You can DISABLE the offer through your account. Thus, your offer will not be available online any more. Note that even if you DISABLE an offer, your period of publication remains unchanged. Time does not stop and we do not grant any refund nor credit for the disabled period.

What is the use of DISABLING a job offer?

This function is used to remove, temporarily, the publication of the offer in the public pages of EmploiDentaire.com.

How to ENABLE a job offer?

Log on to your account. Once entered, click on ENABLE.

Can I receive a refund or a credit for the DISABLED period?

No, EmploiDentaire.com does not grant any refund nor credit for the disabled period.

How much does it cost to add my profile?

This service is completely FREE!

How much does the search for employment cost?

This service is completely FREE!

How long does my candidacy remain on line?

Your profile is on line for a 90 day period.

How can I add my profile, my candidacy?

By adding your profile, using the subscription form.

Do I have to send my Curriculum vitae to EmploiDentaire?

No, EmploiDentaire does not accept any document. You must simply fill in the subscription form.

Do I have to send my Curriculum vitae to the employers?

You can transmit your candidature and the relevant documents to the employer by using the means of communication specified in the job offer.

How can I modify my profile?

Unfortunately, your profile cannot be modified. You must absolutely register a new profile and warn the customer care service so they can remove the erroneous profile.

How can I renew my candidature if I did not find employment?

You will receive a notification e-mail 7 days prior to the end date and in which you can click on a link to renew it.
