What is the cost to post a job application: The service is complete free for those seeking employment.

How long will my application remain active?: Job application remain active for a period of 90 days.

How do I post my profile or my application?: First, you must register. You will then receive an email providing you with the information necessary to open a session. You will have the sole responsibility to ensure that your application is written in accordance with good grammatical usage and spelling. It is your responsibility to fix or correct your texts before publishing.

Once your profile is completed and saved, you must activate your profile by clicking the box provided for this purpose. Once your profile is activated, it will be available to potential employers.

Do I have to send my resume to dentalemployment.com?: No, we do not accept any document. Simply fill out the registration form, complete your online profile and activate your profil once completed.

Once your offer is enabled, an email is send by the system to all registered employers in your area and for the type of job you are seeking.

Do I have to send my resume to employers?: You can send your application and relevant documents directly to the employer using the media that was outlined in the job offer.

How do I edit my profile?: You can edit your profile at any time. You only have to log into your profile, make appropriate changes and save your information. Your public profile will be automatically updated.

How do I renew my application if I did not find a job?: Your service offer is valid for a period of 90 days. After this period, you can log in and reactivate your application.

How can I gain access to the candidates' database?: You must register and purchase an offer to gain access to the candidates' database.

Login to your account, click the tab "Browse Applications". You then have a choice of clicking the "start search" for all applications in the region and the position that you have purchased or make a selection based on the search fields provided.

Do I have access to all applications?: No, you do not have access to the entire bank of job applicants. We provide you with the profile of candidates that exactly match the position and the region you have purchased.

How can I post a job offer ?: You must first be a registered user. Once you are ready to post a job offer, login to your account, complete your information (important) then place a job offer by selecting the type of position and the region. Once your job offer is created you will then need to click the "pay" button, next to the offer. You will be directed to the Paypal Website to make your payment. Once your payment is done, your offer will be ready for activation through your account. You will also be able to complete the additional information by clicking the "details" button next to the offer.

Important notice : As an employer, you have the sole responsibility to ensure that your job complies with all applicable laws. You must also ensure that it is prepared in accordance with good grammatical usage and spelling. It is your responsibility to fix or correct your texts before publishing.

Can I post a job without registering?: No, you must register in order to post a job.

For how long will my offer be published?: Your job offer will be published for a period of 30 days. You can renew your offer by login to your account and click "renew" next to your previous job offers.

Can I post more than one job offer?: Yes, you may publish as many job offers as you wish.

How can I renew my job offer?: Login to your account, click "renew" next to your initial job offer.

How can I access my account?: On the top right corner, click "login". Provide your login information and you will be directed to your account.

How much does it cost?: It costs 225.00$ (taxes not included) to publish an offer for 30 days. This price includes one region.

Is it mandatory to pay via Paypal ?: Yes.

How much does it cost to add an additional region?: It costs 95.00$ (taxes not included) per additional region for a 30 day publication.

What credit cards do you accept?: We use the services of PayPal which offers a wide range of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. If you have a Paypal account, you can also use e-check payments and Interac Payments.

How do I change my password?: Login to your account, click "change password", follow instructions.

How can I change my profile?: Login to your account, click on "Change my profile" - change and save your new information.

Important : If you change your email, you will need to use this new email to login to your account.

What is the difference between the main region and the additional regions?: The main region is the region you have selected with your original order. Additional regions give you access to candidates from neighbouring regions.

How can I change the region of an offer?: Once you have made your purchase, it is not possible to modify the region.

How do I change the position title once the offer is purchased?: Once the offer is purchased, it is no longer possible to modify a region or a job position.

What happens when I have found the perfect candidate ?: Once you have found the perfect candidate and your position has been filled, you can access your account and disable your offer. If you choose to do so, your job offer will no longer be posted on our Website. Note that even if you disable a job offer, your time of publication remains unchanged. No credit is provided.

Why disable an offer?: This interrupts the publication of the offer in the public pages of the site. You have complete freedom to activate or deactivate an offer.

Can I get a refund or credit for the period during which my offer is off?: No, we do not provide any refund or credit for a job offer that is not activated.
